Special Spring Break Guests

The Buffalo News recently featured a visit to the Seneca Street CDC by Howard University students!

Photos caption: Noel Best, a freshman from Howard University, leads a class in step dancing to children in an after-school program at the Seneca Street Community Development Corporation in Buffalo on Thursday. Best is among 40 students from Howard University who have been volunteering in Buffalo this week as part of the Howard University Alternative Spring Break program, which is celebrating 30 years of service this year. Throughout the week, Howard students have read with children at South Buffalo Charter School, deep-cleaned at John F. Beecher Boys & Girls Clubhouse and led a panel discussion at Westminster Community Charter School.
